Dedicated servers are permanent servers. You can download this at www.cs2d.com. All you do is move that file to your cs2d file and click it and your off. Btw, if you close it ur server closes down so don't do that man!

Yes you can create server but on standard mode and dedicated you know.

I think you must edite mapcycle to: de_dust, de_dust2 and cs_office (because the best maps on cs2d)
